Can Vitamin D Cure Breast Cancer?

I was watching the television yesterday and came upon a man by the name of Bob Barefoot, a best selling author and scientist, who was being interviewed. He is the author of a series of books on health and nutrition.
He is claiming that Vitamin D can cure breast cancer and, in fact, reduces all cancers by 50%. Mr. Barefoot said that the government has suppressed many clinical studies on nutrition and Vitamin D because of the potential loss of revenue to pharmaceutical companies who earn big dollars selling drugs for such diseases as cancer, diabetes and lupus.
Bob Barefoot is claiming in his series of books how we can protect against disease and even cure diseases by nutritional supplements. He states that high doses of Vitamin D and marine grade coral calcium can cure breast cancer.
The large pharmaceutical companies claim that using high doses of various vitamins has caused death, but there is no actual proof of this. When have you ever heard or read of anyone dying of an overdose of vitamins? However, time and again, year after year, many people die using pharmaceutical drugs and these drugs are then taken off the market. That is a common occurrence, indeed. It raises immense suspicion that governments and the FDA are trying to ban his books and continue to suppress clinical studies of vitamins.
It reminds me again of what Suzanne Somers has been saying all along about natural bioidentical hormones. When women stopped using synthetic hormones because of the findings of the Womens Health Study in 2002, a study of women using synthetic estrogen with progestin, the pharmaceutical companies lost a lot of money. Pharmaceutical companies then tried repeated and lastly in 2009 to stop compounding pharmacies from making individualized bioidentical hormone prescriptions and tried to get the FDA and the courts to make natural bioidentical hormones illegal. Why are they doing this? The reason is very simple: because both vitamins and bioidentical hormones CANNOT BE PATENTED. Pharmaceutical companies cannot market vitamins and individualized bioidentical hormone prescriptions. There’s no PROFIT in it for them.
Most recently, Suzanne Somers wrote an article on her blog titled, “Another Attempt on Capital Hill To Take Away Our Vitamins.” Not only is the U.S. Government trying to but also the Canadian government is trying to do the same thing. It seems rather odd to me, that BOTH governments in North America are trying to do the same thing, to protect the pharmaceutical industry.
Suzanne has also recently written a book based on interviews with doctors who practice and preach about alternative cures for cancer. These doctors are going against mainstream medicine and the typical treatments of chemo/radiation treatments for cancer. Alternative medicine and bioidentical hormone use is growing and the government is trying to block your right to choose.
Let’s think about this a little longer. If both governments are trying to do the same thing to protect the huge pharmaceutical companies’ BIG profits, then perhaps there is reason to their madness. They want to protect their markets and their HUGH profits. What else can it be?
Someone once asked me the question, if they discovered a cure for cancer or AIDS, do you really think they would publish this knowledge? Of course not. Why? Because if the cure for these diseases was discovered, the pharmaceutical industry would no longer be making the huge profits from the drugs they manufacture. Therefore, they create drugs which ease the symptoms of the patient and because the patient is not cured, the patient continues to need these expensive drugs, bringing in the profits over and over again.

Think for yourself. The next time your government tries to take away your right to your vitamins and natural bioidentical hormones, it’s time to speak up, sign a petition and express your disgust. They are only attempting to do this because it’s costing them. BIG BUCKS. Don’t let your right to use vitamins and bioidentical hormones be taken away.
